Installation of an Ozmist Misting System is a quick and simple process. Ozmist supplies a comprehensive range of tube fittings to suit stainless steel and high pressure nylon tube. Tube fittings are either a three peice compression fitting or our new range of “Push Fit” fittings that require no tools for installation. The “Push Fit” range offers unparralled flexibility in system design and installation are perfect for Restaurants, Cafes, Outddor Areas and Patios.

Distribution Lines:
Distribution lines run between the pump module and either the misting rings or the static misting lines. Distribution lines are constructed from either 316 stainless steel or a high pressure nylon tube. Stainless steel tubing is supplied in six meter lengths while the High pressure nylon is suplied in either a 25m, 50m or 100m long roll. NYLON TUBING    STAINLESS STEEL TUBING AND FITTINGS

Misting Rings:
The two rings are easily joined waith a ball valve to make a double ring that has 12 nozzles. The 570mm misting ring has a replaceable 5 micron filter to further filter the entering water and help eliminate blockages. Misting rings are supplied with a flexible high pressure hose and 1/4” ball valve to isolate the ring from the main system. Stainless Steel Static Misting Lines with Spigots pre welded. More

Stainless Steel Static Misting Lines with Spigots pre welded:
Constructed using seamless 316 stainless steel tube with stainless steel spigots welded at pre determined spacings. Compression fittings are used to join the tubing or change direction. Tubing is supplied in 6 meter lengths. STAINLESS STEEL TUBE AND FITTINGS

Static Lines:
High Pressure Rigid Nylon Tube; The Nylon tube is supplied in 750mm lengths and is joined using either compression fittings or our easy to use “Push Fit” system. The High Pressure Ridgid tube is extremely cost effective and quick to instal around patio’s and Alfresco Areas etc. STAINLESS TUBE AND FITTINGS.

Misting Nozzles: Arguably the best misting nozzles on the market!
Ozmist Misting Nozzles are specially designed and manufactured to exacting tolerances. They are a two piece electroplated brass unit with a ceramic face. Unlike other nozzles you can remove the top of the nozzle and clean both sides of the face with out any special tools. Calcium and salt deposits don’t build up on the ceramic face like they do on a stainless steel face. Nozzles have 10/24” thread for hand screwing into the spigots. A vitron o-ring guarantees a leak free seal. Antidrip valves are fitted inside the nozzle. When the system is turned off the anti drip seals against the inside of the nozzle and eliminates dripping. more

Compression Fittings:
Are used to join both the stainless steel and the nylon tubing. Compression fittings are constructed from either brass or stainless steel. Two models are supplied, depending on the tubing used. more

“Push Lock” Fittings:
Used with our high pressure nylon tube, Push Fit fittings are extremely easy and quick to use with no tools required. The electroplated brass fittings have a vitron o’ring inside that the seals the tube and fitting. A set of jaws lock onto the tube when it has been inserted correctly and will not allow it pull out under normal operating conditions. The tube can be removed, if required, by following a simple proceedure. The tube and fitting fitting can be reused. Ozmist stock a complete range of the “Push Fit”. more
