Installation of all Ozmist Misting Systems is a quick and simple process. Ozmist is your ’one stop shop’ for anything misting. Our range of components is extensive and we keep a large stock holding throughout the year to ensure we have what you need, when you need it. Following are the different categories of fittings and components that we stock.
Supply lines that run between the pump module and misting fan rings or the static misting lines are normally constructed from high pressure nylon tube. High pressure nylon is normally supplied in 25 m rolls and comes in 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ diameters.
Used to join the High pressure nylon tubing. Compression fittings are constructed from brass and feature a two piece ferrule and olive. A full range of fittings are available in both 3/8″ and 1/2″.
Used with high pressure nylon tube, our Push Lock fittings are made in Italy and extremely easy and quick to use with no special tools required. Simply cut the tube with a set of tube cutters—never use a hacksaw—and push onto the tube.
A set of jaws lock onto the tube when it has been inserted correctly and will not allow it pull out. The tube can be removed, if required, by following a simple procedure.
OZmist misting Nozzles are specially designed and manufactured to exacting tolerances. They are two piece electroplated body with a stainless steel face. Unlike the other nozzles you can remove the top of our nozzle and clean both sides of the face without any special tools. A nylon ball and spring eliminate drips on start up and shut down. Nozzles are available in 4 different flow rates.
A range of Nozzle Extensions and Nozzle Swivels ensure mist doesn’t hit objects before evaporation has taken place. Both components simply screw into the nozzle hole. Nozzles then screw into the end of the fitting.
Stainless steel Ball Valves are available in 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″
OZmist keeps stock of 1/8″ and 1/4″ hydraulic hose with a pressure rating of 4,500 PSL. We keep stock lengths and make custom lengths to order. Crimp ends are 316 stainless steel and will never rust or corrode. Hydraulic hose is particularly good for the hire industry where hoses need to be removed on a regular basis.
The Quick Fit system comprises of lengths of pre cut and machined 304 grade stainless steel tube. Simply push the tube into the fitting and tighten the grub screw into the groove on the end of the tube and that’s it. The internal O Ring seals the tube and fitting to ensure a leak free join.
The system is incredibly quick to install and being stainless steel it will not bow or bend like nylon tube systems.
Tubes are supplied in lengths starting at 300mm, 500mm, 750mm, 1,000mm, 1.2m and 1.5m long. Other lengths can be made by request.
OZmist misting rings are manufactured from polished stainless steel with 6 Spigots TIG welded around the perimeter.
OZmist keeps a full range of electrical components for pump modules as well as High Pressure Solenoid valves in different voltages.
