High Pressure Supply Lines
High pressure lines that run between the pump module and misting rings or the static misting lines are normally constructed from high pressure nylon tube. Stainless steel tubing can also be used and is supplied in six meter lengths. High pressure nylon is supplied in 25 m rolls.
Misting rings are constructed from 316 grade stainless steel tube and come in diameters of 200mm x 4 nozzle, 350mm x 6 Nozzle or 550mm x 6 nozzle. Double misting rings comprising of a 550mm outer and 350mm inner ring are also available.
Spigots are TIG welded to the stainless steel ring ensuring a long life in the harshest conditions. Ozmist Misting Rings come complete with a 1200mm Synflex connection hose that allows flexibility for the fan to oscilate.
Ozmist uses and recommends the new Quick Fit Stainless Steel system. The Quick Fit system comprises of lengths of pre cut and machined 304 grade stainless steel tube. Arguably the best misting nozzles on the market! Ozmist Misting Nozzles are specially designed and manufactured to exacting tolerances. They are a two piece electroplated body with a stainless steel face. Unlike other nozzles you can remove the top of our nozzle and clean both sides of the face with out any special tools. Nozzles have 10/24” thread for hand screwing into the spigots. A vitron o-ring guarantees a leak free seal. Antidrip valves are fitted inside the nozzle. When the system is turned off the anti drip seals against the inside of the nozzle and eliminates dripping.
Are used to join the High pressure nylon tubing. Compression fittings are constructed from brass and feature a two piece ferrule and olive. A full range of fittings are available in both 3/8" and 1/2".
“Push Fit” Fittings:
Used with high pressure nylon tube, Push Fit fittings are extremely easy and quick to use with no tools required.
