Mist or Fog Cannons as they are commonly known as, are extremely effective way of suppressing fugitive dust in outdoor environments.

Until now Mist Cannons have been expensive and cumbersome to set up. With most systems from other suppliers you need to Mist Cannon, a water tank and a generator. Not anymore! Ozmist has a rang of mobile Mist Cannons which fit on to a trailer or can be towed behind a vehicle at an affordable price.

How do Mist Cannons work?

• Ozmist Mist Cannons comprise of a high velocity 'Cannon' capable of throwing millions of tiny mist droplets up to 45 meters.
• The state of the art Ozmist pump module pressurises the on board tank water to 1,000 PSI or 70 BAR.
• The high pressure water is forced through a stainless steel ring and 60 specially designed nozzles which are fitted to the front of the cannon.
• The Mist Cannon can be tilted at up to 45° to get the perfect trajectory and hit the dust where it is created. The Cannon can also slew left and right up to around 340° meaning less moves
• The droplets from our .5mm misting nozzle are incredibly fine. As the tiny droplets fall from above they attached to the floating dust particles and weigh them down, bringing them to ground level.
• The system can be operated from the main control panel or by the Remote Control which has a 100m range.
