Features

  • Cost effective, simple to install and maintain.
  • OZmist’s nozzles creates millions of tiny 5-10 micron droplets that atomise on release without condensation or drips.
  • Nylon tubing comes in rolls and easily cut with appropriate hose cutters.
  • Effective mist formula, a system running at 1000psi or 70bar delivering a fog of atomised mist from each nozzle.
  • Scalable design, and controlled mist delivery. Pumps come in a variety of sizes to suit the number of nozzles they can run, with capacity for expansion etc.
  • Integrates seamlessly with dosing modules, weather stations and cycle timers to run as required.

Specifications

  • Flow rates per nozzle are 0.3mm (110m/minute) 0.2mm (56ml/minute) or 0.15mm (36ml/minute)
  • Smaller systems will use our CPM25 (1.4ltr) and CPM55 (3ltr) pumps. OZmist’s OZ range of pumps go from the OZ85 (5ltr) and continue up to the OZ320 or more. Single and Three Phase pumps are available in the larger sizes.
  • OZmist holds all push lock components in stock in ⅜”, ½” sizes

Benefits

  • Simple Installation, fixed in a set position with no moving parts. Once installed it does not have to be touched again.
  • Only requires a single power and water connection.
  • Works seamlessly with our odour suppression modules & cycle timers etc.
  • Controlled delivery and drip free, no wetting of objects, floors or materials when running a high-pressure pump.
  • A very effective way to suppress dust in environments such as waste treatment & recycling, transfer stations, hoppers, conveyors, around crushing processing machinery, demolition and construction.
  • OZmist’s nozzle creates millions of tiny 10 micron droplets, low flow rate for such a high surface area & therefore so effective for dust suppression and containing pungent odours!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to use a High-Pressure Pump with your Static Systems?
Yes, if no high-Pressure Pump is used regular mains pressure will not have sufficient force to open the orifice on Nozzles and will drip water and wet the surrounding area.

Can I install the Static Tube to any surface?
We would recommend that our Static Tube be installed on solid material such as steel, masonry or timber beams using OZmist’s supplied P clips / saddles. We advise against fixing directly to thin tin sheeting or colourbond to avoid any vibration or humming noise. Fixing with cable ties is excellent and fast. Ie to existing pipework or structure. 3mm stainless catenary wire is great to span lengths of sheds or between trusses, with the nylon mist line cable tied to that.

What are the best ways to control and automate the pump operation?
OZmist has a number of options for automation including thermostats, cycle timers, weather stations (wind direction), humidistats, motion sensors etc that control when pumps activate. Our team will discuss best way to manage this to suit your operations and requirements. Cycle timers provide great control for most venue’s with on/off dials to control intervals. ie mist 1 minute “On”, 4 minutes “Off”.
