D45AU Fog Cannon
Diesel Powered, Dust Suppression in any Environment. Designed and built by OZmist as a solution for diesel only worksites and environments. 1000psi pressure and 60 x OZmist screw in nozzles create super fine mist, which encapsulates fugitive dust and airborne particles across large areas, dropping them to the ground.
A high-powered mist cannon with 330 degree rotation and up to 50m throw.
The D45AU joins the range in 2023/24 with a powerful 25KVA gen set and smart cradle design, allowing the gen set to be removed and used elsewhere if needed.
Forklift pockets allow it to be easily moved around on site. Australian made. Oscillation, adjustable pitch from both the control panel and remote control operation up to 100m range. Needs a direct water connection. Consumption is 18ltr / minute.
The D45AU unit’s powerful, high-speed fan, projects a cloud of targeted mist (pressurised water) into the air. A must have diesel mist cannon for worksite safety, air quality, compliance etc.

High Pressure Pump
- An OZmist 18ltr/min 3 phase industrial mist pump pressurises water to 1000psi within the system.
- The pump requires minimal servicing and is easily accessed for maintenance.
- The mist pump is fed water from a DAB transfer pump.
- Pressure gauges are fitted for easy readout while operating.
- Twin water filters are fitted, 10 and 5 micron. Filters are easily sourced and easy to change as required.
- Secure hose connection for direct water feed.
Specifications
The D45AU is fitted with Tyne Channels that are 140mm Wide and 70mm Tall to suit small to medium sized Forklifts.The D45AU requires periodical servicing, the oil should be changed after the first 50 hours of operation and then after every 250 hours. The 10 & 5 micron water filters should also be checked regularly to ensure that there is no dirt buildup.
