Dust suppression on industrial sites is essential not only for worker health, but also compliance, equipment longevity and operational efficiency. Construction dust often contains fine particles of silica and other hazardous materials that pose serious respiratory risks from exposure.

Matching mist droplet to dust particle size is essential to be most effective, which is why our equipment use the placement of tiny nozzles & pumps that pressurise systems to 1000psi / 70 bar within each of our systems.

Our method creates millions of fine water droplets that atomise upon release, as ultra-fine mist remains suspended in the air longer, effectively bonding with dust particles and dropping them safely to the ground.

OZmist’s fog cannons and fixed misting systems will not wet the product, floors or take it’s toll on equipment as is the case with traditional sprinklers, wetting techniques & spray bars.
