Heritage Lanes is the Suncorp building located at 80 Ann St in Brisbane city. It underwent a massive sub tropical redesign courtesy of Mirvac, Woods Bagot architects and Aspect Studios for landscaping. Misting was used for an impressive visual installation for the ground floor courtyard, aswell as on the 32nd floor roof terrace area.
We use a specific mist nozzle for this effect, which takes on a different shape and effect from our standard nozzles commonly used in alfreco venues. The mist here has taken on a life of it’s own and helped transforming the spaces, in line with the design brief and environmental focus.
Heritage Lanes is the first development in Australia to target the highest rating of the Green Building Council’s newly released rating tool ‘Green Star Buildings’ alongside 5.5 Star NABERS Energy and 4.5 Star NABERS Water ratings and a Platinum Core and Shell WELL Certification.
