Mining and Construction
Safer, Cleaner Worksites
Dust and odour suppression systems are essential in mining and construction to protect worker health, improve visibility, and maintain safe, productive worksites.
By reducing harmful airborne particles and unpleasant odours, these systems help companies comply with government regulations, extend equipment life, and minimise the environmental impact. They also play a key role in maintaining positive community relations especially in built up areas.
Recommended Systems
Fog Cannons
OZmist’s cannons are fully mobile with 330° oscillation, & remote control operation. Proudly Australian made and built deliberately simple, robust and easy to use maintain means peace of mind for our customers, and a cleaner, safer environment for their projects and workers.
Fixed Misting Lines
Our Misting Lines (Static or Fixed Systems) use OZmist’s ultra fine non drip nozzles, placed at intervals along stainless or flexible tubing. This approach can target specific dust emission points, specific environments or entire facilities, depending on the set up and results required.
Whereas fog cannons require a larger number of nozzles and a powerful fan to throw the mist from a distance, fixed systems simply attach to a building, structure or equipment. The mist delivery is notably more gentle, measured & controlled, and extremely effective inside facilities or set up as a barrier to stop fugitive particles spreading downwind.
