Pump Modules

Commercial Pumps

OZmist’s CPM Commercial Pumps deliver outstanding performance and value, making them the best small high-pressure pumps on the market. Designed for small to medium static and fan-based misting systems, they’re trusted across alfresco venues, commercial spaces, festivals, and light industrial applications.

Single Phase Industrial Pumps | Three Phrase Industrial Pumps

Industrial larger volume pumps continue under the OZ range.
These are built entirely in house by OZmist’s technicians at their Wangaratta factory.

Pump controllers and accessories

Including timers, thermostats and odour suppression units. We also carry replacement filter cartridges.

Pump modules and flow rate requirements

Pumps come in various sizes (capacities). To avoid damage each high pressure pump needs to operate above 60% of it’s maximum rated capacity. The flow rate is determined by the number of nozzles x their flow rate. Nozzle sizes and their Flow Rates are shown below.

All of our high-pressure nylon tubing is manufactured in Melbourne. OZmist tubing is specially produced with a
thicker wall, providing enhanced safety, durability, and a longer service life.

The semi rigid, poly tubing simply pushes into the fittings and locks firmly, creating a seal that is drip free, easy
to install, and reliable.

Nozzles

Misting Nozzles | Nozzle Extensions

OZmist nozzles have an electroplated body & stainless steel face. Inside, a spring and nylon ball help turn pressurised water into a gentle mist without drips.

Unlike other nozzles you can remove the top of our nozzle and clean both sides of the face without any special tools.

0.13mm Nozzle = .036 L/Min@1000psi
0.2mm Nozzle = .056 L/Min @ 1000psi
0.3mm Nozzle = .11 L/Min @ 1000psi
