Misting Fans Range
OZmist’s industrial cooling systems are a game changer for managing heat in factories, workshops, and large sheds nationwide. Mist rings retrofit to existing wall-mounted fans, connecting via high-pressure lines to a matched pump module that primes the system to 1000psi (70 bar).
This is the premier method for cooling large workspaces and distribution areas. Systems often include cycle timers for automated control as conditions change, ensuring mist atomizes instantly without drips or condensation.
Kits are tailored to your specific layout and operational needs, protecting adjacent machinery and materials. Each system includes the pump and all components (excluding fans). We stock 3/8” and 1/2” nylon lines with “push-lock” fittings for easy installation, alongside stainless steel systems typically used in alfresco venues.

Our Industrial Fan Kits do not include wall mounted industrial fans. We supply the misting rings, high pressure pump, delivery lines, all components and hardware to retro fit to the front of wall mounted industrial fans, either existing or to be supplied separately. Suitable for wall mounted fans from 600mm to 750mm in diameter, and kits tailored to suit.

Adding individual nozzles along the lines, especially over doorways etc to use airflow to your advantage is also an option that can be included.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the best ways to control or automate the pump operation?
Cycle timers provide great control for most warehouses and industrial workplaces, with on/off dials to control intervals. ie mist 1 minute “On”, 4 minutes “Off”. OZmist has a number of options for automation and control of our misting systems. Keep in mind that fans would run continuously providing airflow, as the timer only automates the mist intervals from the pump.
How High Should the Fans be?
Generally about 3.5m to the centres but will vary from site to site. We also have our Portamist mk2 fan on castors (2m tall) which is an excellent solutions for spaces where a floor mounted unit is preferred.
Do I need to use a High-Pressure Pump with this system?
Yes, if no high-Pressure Pump is used regular mains pressure will not have sufficient force to open the orifice on our Nozzles, will not be at all effective & just drip and wet the area.
