SafeWork SA launches criminal proceedings against energy provider AGL in relation to lead dust exposure causing illness to employees.

Lengthy investigations have found workers had been exposed to dust particles containing lead, and the company failed to comply with it’s health and safety duties.

The charges carry a maximum penalty of $1,500,000 AUD.
