In 2017 OZmist found that their Static Misting Systems for Dust Suppression was not enough for some of our larger clients that were struggling to contain Dust in the workplace. This called for OZmist to take the leap into Mist Cannon territory.
OZmist’s Dust Suppression Mist Cannons utilise a high-pressure pump module connected to a huge water supply tank via a feed pump. The high-pressure pump module pressurises tap water to 70 bar (1000 psi). As the water passes through the nozzle it is broken into billions of tiny water droplets that average 10 microns in size (Human hair is average 150 microns). As the ultra-fine droplets fall, they attach themselves to airborne dust particles and knock them out of the air.
In 2020 OZmist is now boasting two completely redefined Mist Cannons not only aimed at the Global Dust Suppression Industry but also working with the ever-growing requirement for Sanitation Equipment.
OZmist is incredibly proud to now announce that all three Mist Cannons the T45AU, M45AU & S45AU are 100% Completely Designed and Manufactured in Australia!
Being 100% self-contained, our Mist Cannons can be moved easily into any position. This makes them the perfect unit for limited work areas.
The small footprint means you can move our fog cannons around with incredible ease and transportable with any number of vehicles.
With up to 45-metre mist throw and up to 340 degrees of adjustable oscillation with full remote control, you have all the flexibility and coverage you need.
No power leads required. The onboard reliable Honda / Makinex Generator will give you all the power you need, making it more portable than other models. Both our T45AU and M45AU are available without any generator fitted.
Our mist cannons have onboard tanks holding up to 2,000L of water and pump out 18L/pm @ 1,000psi giving you all the water and pressure you need. *Excluding the S45AU.
Our Mist Cannons run efficiently up to 8 hrs without a need to refill the generator. You will receive from 45 min - 100 min of Misting off the Large water tanks before needing to refill.
